Key Migration Tools:

Exodus is a migration suite that moves provisioning data for a range of scenarios in the core telecom network.

OPERATE

Key Operation Tools

ANP is a tool that updates the NPAC database (LRN, etc.). ANP is predominantly used when telecoms introduce new area codes in an existing market. The solution helps to seamlessly change existing subscriber phone numbers without any disruptions in service.

Maestro is a tool for provisioning the telecom core. One such area is Centrex provisioning (customer groups, translations, features, domain set-up) and subscriber set-up. Maestro automatically provisions different network elements in sequence.

Auto-prov is an IP phone-set provisioning tool. The IP phone set is configured in a plug-n-play manner. Service Providers, Distributors, and Customer Administrators can access a portal to input information and change features.

CREATE

The swift adoption of substitute communications services (e.g. OTT apps) highlights a change in how the market consumes these products. Telecoms can no longer rely on the standard product offering. New telecom services need to match how a market segment operates.

WebRTC - Browser Communicator

Use a web-browser on any device to communicate. Access your contacts, call (voice, video), or message (IM). If your friend does not have a phone number, send her a link to connect via voice or video. Utilizes Telecom Provider’s network (WebRTC to PSTN)

Portals - Customer Self-service

Administrator can Move, Add, Change, or Delete select services (MACD). End-user can change certain options on her account and desk-phone. Changes to telco service plans can quickly be reflected on the portals.

WebRTC - Customer Co-browsing

Co-browse, text, and talk with your customer if they have issues while using your website. A client clicks the help button on your site and your customer service agent can see the customer’s view. Add a few lines of code on your website to enable

Desk phone as a security device

Monitor your workspace when you are not there. Initiate a video-call from your Polycom desk-phone to your mobile. See and talk with somebody who maybe around your desk. Can be used as a remote receptionist in hotels and retail
